Business Development Manager


Job Description:


- Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets.


- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage with key decision-makers through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social selling, etc.).


- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and pain points.


- Present and articulate the value proposition of our products/services, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements.


- Lead negotiations, prepare compelling proposals, and close new business deals to achieve and exceed sales quotas.


- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic planning.


- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.


- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.


- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote our brand, and generate leads.

- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.


- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.


- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market trends, analyze data, and develop strategic growth plans.


- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and sales pipelines.


- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.


- Problem-Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
