Business Development Head - Steel Manufacturing & Trading

Job Summary:

The Business Development Head Steel Manufacturing & Trading is responsible for driving the overall business growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the company's steel manufacturing and steel trading operations. The role involves leading sales, business development, customer relationship management, pricing strategy, market expansion, and coordination with production, procurement, logistics, finance, and operations to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth, sales, and profitability.

- Develop and execute business, pricing, and market expansion strategies.

- Lead steel trading, procurement, and key customer relationships.

- Manage P&L, budgets, and business performance.

- Coordinate with production and operations for timely delivery and optimum capacity utilization.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Experience:

- 12-18 years of experience in the steel manufacturing and/or steel trading industry.

- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, sales management, and P&L management.
