Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in IT services.

- Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.

Strategic Planning & Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

- Define go-to-market strategies and position the companys services effectively.

- Work closely with internal teams to refine service offerings based on market demand.

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long term partnerships.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.

- Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance service delivery.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.

- Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team goals.

- Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and lead generation efforts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.

- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT services.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or account management.

- strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, software development, or digital

- Experience working with international clients is a plus.

Preferred:

- Experience in selling Managed IT Services, Cloud Computing, Digital Solutions.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
