Business Development & Recruitment Consultant

The Role specification:

- Identify Clients as a part of the outreach program to connect and establish a relationship with them

- Convince Clients to a Team meeting / Face to Face meeting with the Head of the Business with a targeted approach

- Manage professionals and a few active clients (pre- and ongoing active engagements) by the team and service them on their requirement/s

Location: Mumbai

Minimum Experience Criteria:

- An interested professional will have to be based out of Mumbai to be able to contribute towards this role

- Exceptional written and verbal English is key for this role

- An experience range of 2-6 years would be relevant to fulfil this role, as it would require independent functioning of managing professionals and client accounts
