Business Analyst - Supply Chain Planning & Logistics - Contractual

Note: This is a contractual role

Job Role:

- Lead end-to-end Business Excellence and Transformation initiatives across functions

- Conduct comprehensive As-Is process assessments and design optimized To-Be operating models

- Identify high-impact automation opportunities (RPA, AI/ML, Workflow Tools, Low-Code platforms)

- Build and present compelling business cases, transformation roadmaps, and ROI projections

- Define project charters, governance structures, execution plans, and phased roadmaps

- Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and manage change adoption

- Track benefits realization and ensure sustained value delivery post-implementation

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills (verbal, written, and visual storytelling)

- Strong process mapping and re-engineering expertise (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN)

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.)

- Proven project/program management capabilities (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

- Stakeholder management across senior leadership and operational teams

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making

Education: MBA (preferred) or B.E. / B.Tech from a Tier-1 / reputed institute

Experience:

- 6-12 years of relevant experience in:

- Business Transformation / Process Excellence

- Automation (RPA / Intelligent Automation)

- Project / Program Management

- Prior experience in consulting (Big 4, MBB, Tier-2 firms) or internal CoE/Transformation teams of large organizations will be a significant advantage
