Position Business Analyst
Designation - Officer to Asst Manager
Hierarchy Level - Reporting to Top Management
Location: Delhi
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Engineering Graduate /Bachelor's degree or equivalent with MBA from a Premier B schools is mandatory.
Experience: Min 2- 4 years of hands- on experience with MNC in Processing industry or Sugar or FMCG are preferred.
Job Descriptions:
- Designs, Maintains, and Executes reporting and analytics activities for Senior Leadership, with base location in the New Delhi office. Reports to the MD.
- Coordinates projects with Business Heads, IT team, and SAP Consultants to ensure the creation, development, and delivery of management information reports (MIS) that provide actionable business insights.
- Creates and maintains SAP- based analytics ( S/4 HANA) across key commercial departments - Accounts/Finance, Sales/Marketing, Legal, and Purchase/Stores.
- Creates and maintains custom reports and generates/maintains push- button reporting per commercial requirements. Continuously improves existing reports to ensure smooth delivery of key insights to relevant business stakeholders.
- Supports Leadership in creation of business documents, including business requirement documents, commercial agreements, financial analysis, ad hoc analysis etc.
- Additional responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, digital transformation, archiving, and any other projects or initiatives per the MD's directives.
