Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst CRM & Marketing Automation to manage and optimize CRM platforms and marketing automation processes.
The role focuses on improving lead management, campaign performance, and data-driven decision-making by closely collaborating with sales, marketing, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and optimize CRM systems for sales and marketing teams
- Design, implement, and monitor marketing automation workflows
- Analyze lead funnels, conversion ratios, and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and marketing platforms
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and IT teams for system enhancements
- Prepare MIS dashboards, reports, and insights for management
- Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / CRM Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Good understanding of marketing automation concepts and workflows
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills
