Description:

Business Analyst.

- Provide support for the teams data management and reporting systems.

- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to automate data discovery and reporting processes.

- Assist in the development of analytics utilizing new and existing data sources.

- Support the teams needs for existing and ad hoc data requests.

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities.

- Leverage business experience to identify and communicate business and customer insights.

Education and Experience:

- 3-6 years of business intelligence, financial or technical analysis experience required.

- Bachelors degree required in, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related fields.

- MBA desired.

- Strong and demonstrated experience in providing solutions to commercial and technical problems.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills required.

- Ability to produce and multitask in a fast paced, changing, competitive environment.

- An innovative thinker who is comfortable challenging the status quo.

- Enthusiastic, assertive, driven, dynamic, and flexible.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Access).

- PowerBI experience a huge plus.

- Strong working knowledge with statistical tools and models.
