
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage the effective delivery of all HR services in a dynamic, high growth environment
- Spearhead recruitment initiatives through the entire interview process, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Lead a young HR team in providing comprehensive HR support to the organization
- Set HR department targets and provide company directors with high quality feedback and analytics on progress towards targets on a timely basis
- Ensure comprehensive HR support is provided to the organization - communicating HR policies, facilitating line management towards higher employee engagement and to support operations and to achieve company's operational & strategic objectives
Skills and Experience Desired
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading a HR team in a fast growing environment
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 14 years of working experience in Human Resources with a strong retail experience background
- Demonstrate success recruiting in a high-volume hiring and fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and interact with all levels.
