Skillset / Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in sales within real estate, residential construction, or building materials industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
