Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Central COE to design and implement consistent HR processes, frameworks, and governance practices.

- Collaborate closely with HR leaders to manage calendars, stakeholder meetings, and program reviews.

- Prepare leadership decks, meeting briefs, and communication materials for key HR initiatives.

- Lead or support high-impact HR transformation and change management projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

- Develop and maintain HR program dashboards, reports, and analytics to track progress and outcomes.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate stakeholder review sessions for transparency and engagement.

- Monitor HR program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Qualification & Experience:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in HR program management and HR COE roles.

- Proven experience supporting senior HR leadership and managing highlevel coordination activities.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.

- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, HR analytics or reporting tools.

- Exposure to HR digital transformation, change management, and continuousimprovement initiatives.
