We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive the delivery of technical projects from planning through deployment ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and technical excellence.

Role Overview:

- As Technical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of technical/IT projects.

- You will serve as the bridge between technical teams (developers, engineers, architects) and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical leads.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations, infrastructure) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

- Monitor progress, track deliverables, manage changes, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders, leadership, and clients (if applicable).

- Identify technical requirements hardware/software/infrastructure and validate feasibility, working with technical leads to align implementation with architectural/technical standards.

- Facilitate team meetings, assign tasks, and, where required, provide technical guidance or coordinate with technical leads for problem resolution.

- Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, technical specifications, and change logs.

Qualifications / Required Skills:

- Strong project management experience ideally with several years managing IT or software projects.

- Solid technical background (software development, infrastructure, IT systems, or equivalent) to understand technical details and liaise effectively with technical teams.

- Ability to define, plan and manage technical project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risk from inception through delivery.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, report status, and manage expectations.

- Leadership and team-management experience: ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and drive project success.

- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage documentation, track multiple tasks and deliverables.

- Problem-solving and analytical mindset: able to foresee technical risks, propose mitigation, and ensure project integrity under changing requirements.

- Preferred: educational background in a technical or IT-related field (e. Computer Science, Software Engineering), or equivalent proven experience.
