Job Description: Lead, Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships.

Company: Youbooks Edtech Pte Ltd (BriBooks & BriBooks Times).

Location: India ( Gurugram).

Experience: 2-4 Years (Early-career "Hungry Hunter").

Reporting To: Founder / Head of Partnerships.

The Opportunity:

- Youbooks is home to BriBooks, the world's largest book-writing platform for kids, and The BriBooks Times, our premium children's newspaper.

- We have the eyeballs of millions of parents, educators, and high-achieving students globally.

- We are looking for a Rainmaker.

- Someone who doesn't just "sell ads," but crafts strategic brand alliances that add value to our ecosystem.

- You will be responsible for monetizing our massive reach by bringing in high-value sponsorships and brand deals.

The Mission: Your primary mandate is revenue generation through creative storytelling.

You will:

Scaled Institutional Sponsorships:

- Target: Top-tier Corporates (Banks, Tech, FMCG) and Foundations looking to build brand equity within the K-12 ecosystem.

- The Product: Architect and sell massive "National Writing Challenges" or "State-wide Author of the Year Awards" where a corporate partner sponsors the initiative to gain deep, meaningful engagement with hundreds of thousands of students and parents.

- The Value Prop: You aren't selling a "logo on a banner"-you are selling a brand's entry into the hearts and minds of the next generation through a high-trust educational platform.

- Brand Integration & "The BriBooks Times".

- Identify and close six-to-seven-figure deals with brands (e.g., Junior Fintech, Health & Nutrition, or Ed-Tech hardware) looking for integrated storytelling within our newspaper and digital platforms.

- Move beyond traditional display ads to "Content Alliances" where the brand becomes a patron of student creativity.

B2B2C Ecosystem Growth:

- Partner with institutions (Museums, Science Centers, NGOs) to create specialized publishing tracks, turning their subject matter expertise into writing prompts for our global student base, funded by corporate CSR or Marketing budgets.

The Profile (Your Stats):

- The Track Record: You have consistently closed at least - 2 Crore ($250k+) in annual business in your previous roles (Media sales, Edtech B2B, or Ad-Sales).

- The Connector: You possess a "Golden Rolodex" or the grit to build one.

- You know how to get past gatekeepers to talk to CMOs and Brand Managers.

- High EQ Negotiation: You don't "push" products; you solve the brand's problem.

- You understand the nuance of when to push for a close and when to nurture a relationship.

Founder's Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity.

- You can take a rough idea from the Founder and turn it into a polished, pitchable sponsorship deck within 24 hours.

Why This Role?

Uncapped Upside: A competitive base salary with a best-in-class commission structure.

If you hit your numbers, your earning potential is significantly higher than the market average.

Prestige Product: It is much easier (and more fulfilling) to sell a platform that empowers children to become published authors than it is to sell generic software.

Direct Access: You will work directly with the leadership team to influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

The Hiring Bar (IQ + EQ).

We don't just look at your CV; we look at your Closing DNA.

We value:

Mental Agility: Can you handle a "No" and pivot the conversation instantly?.

Integrity: We sell to schools and kids; our brand reputation is everything.

You must sell with absolute ethics.\
