Description:
- Key Responsibility
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of BTL campaigns, on-ground activations and clients branding mandates across geographies.
- Create structured, scalable and fool-proof operational roadmaps and SOPs for every campaign.
- Coordinate fabrication, AV, branding, printing, logistics, on-site staffing, promoter onboarding & management, permissions and all event/activation/campaign support elements.
- Ensure quality control and operational excellence at every touchpoint.
- Event Planning & Management
- Plan and execute end-to-end corporate and brand events, including launches, conferences, dealer meets and experiential marketing activations, etc ensuring alignment with client objectives and audience expectations.
- Develop comprehensive event plans covering timelines, venue selection, budgeting, logistics, production, AV setup, compliance and contingency management for seamless execution across locations in India.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business development, client servicing, vendors, designers and other agencies to deliver high-quality, on-ground experiences.
- Oversee on-ground operations and post-event activities, ensuring flawless execution, guest satisfaction, feedback collection and learnings for continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management
- Build, manage and negotiate with a strong ecosystem of vendors (fabricators, AV, manpower agencies, printers, deployers, etc.).
- Ensure regional/pan-India vendor network development and maintain service SLAs.
- Manage vendor selection, contracting, billing, advances and payout coordination.
- Conduct vendor audits, benchmarking and cost optimization to improve margins.
- Budgeting, Costing & P&L Ownership
- Create accurate campaign-wise costings and budgets aligned with BD and client briefs.
- Optimize operational spends and improve project profitability.
- Ensure all expenses are accounted for with full compliance to financial and audit standards.
- Team Supervision & Performance Management
- Guide, train and supervise regional operations teams, promoters and field staff.
- Define benchmarks, KPIs and quality standards for on-ground execution.
- Track daily progress, flag risks and ensure timely escalations and resolutions.
- Conduct performance reviews of teams, agencies and campaigns.
- Process, SOP & Compliance
- Develop and implement SOPs for flawless on-ground execution.
- Conduct campaign risk assessments and create contingency plans.
- Lead campaign-wise audits for internal, client and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate and legally compliant documentation of execution plans, permissions and expense reports.
- Reporting & Insights
- Generate detailed execution reports including performance tracking, operational insights, city/region-wise data, spend analysis and ROI metrics.
- Build and Track P&L and share learnings and feedback for business growth and repeatability.
Who You Are:
- Degree in Event Management, MBA Operations or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in BTL/Activation/Events/Experiential Marketing Agencies.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is an add on.
- Willingness to travel across the country and work long/flexible hours as per needs.
- Proven experience managing on-ground activations, BTL campaigns and large-scale events.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of fabrication, production, venue operations and event logistics.
- Excellent multitasking, communication and decision-making abilities.
- Comfort with working in fast-paced environments and under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing large scale operations and field teams.
- Knowledge of event budgets, costing sheets, vendor T&Cs and compliance processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Gantt charts, task-tracking tools (eg. Zoho Projects, etc.).
