Role Overview:

As a Business Development Specialist at BrandScaleUp, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client acquisition, and nurturing long-term relationships with brands across various sectors.

You will work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to drive qualified leads and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the D2C, lifestyle, and FMCG sectors.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to closure and onboarding.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and pain points.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand founders, CXOs, and marketing decision-makers.

- Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to tailor proposals and presentations.

- Track pipeline metrics and report on performance using CRM tools.

- Represent BrandScaleUp in meetings, pitches, and networking events.


Key Requirements:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in marketing agencies, D2C enablers, or branding firms.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Passion for brand building, digital marketing, and the D2C ecosystem.

- Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead management tools.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
