Job Description:
- The Brand Manager will oversee brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and product positioning for a leading brand for the client. This role, based in Ahmedabad, focuses on driving brand growth and ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Complete Business Responsibility for a category of the brand
- Lead Marketing & NPD activities including customer engagement programs and identify product opportunities in QSRs & Large Key Accounts for the company
- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and consumer engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Oversee packaging and product positioning to maintain consistency in brand messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners for creative and media support.
- 3 to 4 years of marketing experience with at least 1 - 1.5 years in personal care.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
