Brand Manager (D2C Fashion Portfolio)

I. The Mission: Scaling the Next-Gen Fashion Disruptors
In this role, you are the "Mini-CEO" of a high-growth fashion brand within a massive house-of-brands ecosystem. You are responsible for taking a digital-first label and turning it into a household name. You will operate at the intersection of trend forecasting, performance marketing, and creative storytelling. Your goal is simple: drive brand resonance while ensuring sustainable, profitable growth across marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon) and the brand's own D2C storefront.
II. Detailed Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Identity
- Defining the DNA: Craft and maintain the brand's visual identity, voice, and positioning. You will ensure that the brand stays true to its core "vibe" across every touchpoint-from Instagram reels to packaging.
- Consumer Insights: Conduct deep-dive ethnographic and data-driven research to understand the Gen-Z and Millennial fashion consumer. You will translate these insights into actionable marketing briefs.
2. Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC)
- Launch Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end execution of monthly collection drops and seasonal campaigns (Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter).
- 360-Degree Execution: Manage the marketing mix across Performance (Meta/Google Ads), Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Offline activations.
- Influencer Ecosystem: Build a "tribe" for the brand. You will identify and manage relationships with macro and micro-influencers who align with the brand's aesthetic.
3. Revenue & Marketplace Growth
- Portfolio Performance: Work closely with the Category and Revenue teams to optimize product listings, A+ content, and search visibility on major fashion marketplaces.
- D2C Optimization: Drive traffic and conversion on the brand's own website through CRM, Email/WhatsApp marketing, and UI/UX improvements.
III. Required Pedigree & Skills
- Experience: 3-6 years in Brand Management or Category Marketing, preferably in Fashion, Beauty, or high-velocity FMCG.
- Analytical Prowess: Ability to read a P&L and understand marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention).
- Creative Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics and fashion trends. You should be able to tell "good" content from "viral" content.
- Education: MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 B-School (IIM, MICA, NMIMS, etc.) or a specialized degree from NIFT/FIT.
