We're looking for a smart, energetic Brand Manager who can seamlessly blend creative thinking with operational excellence. You'll own the brand across every touchpoint - from visual storytelling and content to campaigns, VM, packaging, and performance-led platforms.

This isn't a "manage the agency" role. We're building lean, in-house teams - which means you'll be hands-on and deeply involved in the work, not just overseeing it. You'll report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate closely with a small crew to bring the brand to life across touchpoints.

If you're the kind of person who can go from writing a killer campaign brief to reviewing a store display, to shipping an email campaign - all in one day - we want to meet you.

What You'll Own:

- Drive and evolve brand identity, tone, and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints

- Lead in-house execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (social, email, VM, print, performance)

- Collaborate with designers, writers, and producers to ship high-quality content at speed

- Ensure consistency of brand expression across product, packaging, website, quick commerce, and store-level experiences

- Own campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets - and make sure things go live on time and on-brand

- Lead a small but mighty team - provide creative direction, feedback, and structure

What We're Looking For:

- 8-10 years of experience in brand, creative marketing, or content roles

- A sharp eye for design and copy, with a proven ability to lead content-first campaigns

- Hands-on experience managing execution across digital + physical channels

- Strong project management skills - you thrive in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment

- Experience working with in-house creative teams

- A team player with leadership skills - you know how to guide, motivate, and ship

Nice to Haves:

- Experience in food, retail, D2C, or FMCG

- Prior work on store marketing, quick commerce, or omnichannel campaigns
