Job Summary:
A Branch Sales Manager for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, and managing the overall operations of a branch within a financial institution. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training staff, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals.
- Leading a team of Sales Executive.
- Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA s and Connectors.
- Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels, NPA sales and direct customer interaction.
- Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA.
