Key responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention by providing personalized service and support.
- CASA Growth: Increase Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balances through both deepening existing relationships and acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) customers.
- Product and Service Delivery: Provide a full range of banking and investment solutions, including financial advisory services, portfolio management, and wealth management.
- Sales and Cross-selling: Drive revenue by cross-selling various banking products like loans, insurance, and investments to achieve budget and revenue targets.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential problem accounts and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies to protect the bank's interests.
- Electronic Banking: Manage customer migration to electronic and multi-channel banking platforms to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Documentation: Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are accurately recorded in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Customer Profiling: Conduct detailed client profiling to identify and capture business opportunities and understand their needs and preferences.
