Role Overview:

As a Branch Manager, you will be at the helm of our branch operations in Udaipur/Jodhpur, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will lead and mentor a team of banking professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. This role involves managing all aspects of branch operations, from sales and customer acquisition to compliance and risk management. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, branch profitability, and the overall success of the organization in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch sales performance by developing and implementing effective strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.

- Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies to mitigate risks.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of banking professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.

- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth clients and local businesses, to expand the bank's presence in the community.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a strong control environment within the branch.
