Branch Manager

Position: Branch Manager

Location: Hubli - Mysore,kochi,belgaum

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall operations of the branch including sales, customer service, and administration.

- Achieve business targets for investment products, loans, and other financial services offered by JM Financial.

- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate clients.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

- Identify business opportunities and new client segments to grow revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. MBA preferred.
