Description: We are looking for a high-performing Sales individuals who will drive end-to-end sales activities, focusing on Intelligent Automation and AI Solutions.
The ideal candidate Must have hands-on experience in managing US clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of potential US clients for AI Solutions And Automation.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions with CXOs, Directors, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right Intelligent Automation solutions that align with business goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the delivery and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and track market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
- Strong understanding of US sales processes, time zones, and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to work in US shift timings.
- Good to have - Strong Understanding of Digitization of Financial Process in various organizations
