Role Summary: We're looking for an AI Manager for the Founder's Office - a high-ownership, cross-functional role to lead our AI-first transformation journey. The ideal candidate will partner with multiple teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and deliver plug-and-play automation and intelligence solutions across functions. Key Responsibilities: - Build & Deploy Plug-and-Play AI Solutions: Design and deliver scalable, no-code/low-code AI tools tailored to departmental needs (Marketing, CX, Ops, Product, HR, etc.) - Cross-Functional AI Strategy: Work closely with the Founder and CXOs to define Boult's AI roadmap and identify critical business areas ripe for automation or augmentation - AI Integration Across Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to roll out AI systems (chatbots, copilots, dashboards, automation flows) that reduce manual effort and boost efficiency -Process Automation & Optimization: Set up automation pipelines using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power BI, etc. - Internal AI Enablement: Conduct workshops, build training modules, and drive organization-wide AI adoption - Innovation & Experimentation: Prototype and test AI copilots, content engines, recommendation systems, or workflow assistants to enhance productivity - Founder's Office Program Management: Act as a central coordinator for all strategic AI initiatives; manage timelines, documentation, and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile: - 2-6 years of experience in AI project delivery, automation, product strategy, or digital transformation - Hands-on with tools like OpenAI GPT, Azure AI, Google Gemini, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Power BI - Experience in cross-functional collaboration, preferably in a D2C/consumer tech/startup environment - Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to simplify complex tech for business teams - Self-starter with a builder mindset - eager to experiment, iterate, and deliver You'll Thrive Here If You Want To: - Work directly with the Founder and leadership on bold transformation goals - Build AI systems that are used every day - not just for demos or dashboards - See real business impact from your work across multiple departments - Be the AI thought partner inside a fast-scaling tech brand
