Reporting To: Team Lead - Brand Solutions

Qualification: MBA preferred

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Brand Solutions Manager to lead strategic influencer marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client objectives into impactful campaign strategies, managing end-to-end execution, and fostering strong client relationships to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Decode client briefs and craft tailored influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.

- Oversee complete campaign lifecycles from planning, budgeting, and creator onboarding to execution and reporting.

- Evaluate and shortlist creators based on audience insights, content relevance, and brand tonality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Influencer Relations) to ensure seamless delivery.

- Present campaign strategies, seek client approvals, and lead performance reviews with actionable insights.

- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities across existing and potential brand partnerships.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand partnerships.

- Strong understanding of campaign workflows from briefing and content planning to delivery and post-campaign analysis.

- Proven ability to think strategically and contribute to creative ideation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
