Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in General Trade.
- Manage and expand the distributor and retail network within the assigned region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) / Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to deliver on KPIs.
- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities, visibility plans, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure stock availability and optimal inventory management at distributor and retailer levels.
- Negotiate with key stakeholders (distributors, retailers) for favorable terms and long-term relationships.
- Identify market opportunities and new growth areas through market visits and competitor analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, and operational standards.
