
Position - Business Development Manager
Location - Mumbai
At BlueKaktus, we enable manufacturers to digitize and compete globally. We are looking for dynamic, field-driven Business Development Manager who is passionate about digitizing the fashion and apparel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales in the Indian market for our SaaS Product.
- Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by proactively engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and successfully closing deals. This is a field-intensive role that requires frequent client visits, lead generation, and hands-on market engagement to drive sales growth.
- Coordinating with Pre-sales team on getting Demos / POCs conducted.
- Proposal preparation, conducting commercial negotiations leading to closure and contracting.
- Collecting payments from customers and manage customer relationship.
- Strong communication skills with ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of companies.
- Represent BlueKaktus at local trade shows, vendor meetings, and digital webinars.
Qualification:
- 2-5 years in B2B sales. Candidates from SaaS, ERP, garment-tech sales backgrounds are strongly preferred.
- Understanding garment/textile manufacturing and factory operations is a strong plus.
- Hands-on with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), mobile demo platforms, and presentations.
- Strong in consultative/solution selling
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up discipline
