
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all Sales and Business Development roles - from job scoping, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
- Drive structured, high-quality hiring processes that enhance both speed and candidate experience.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source and attract top sales talent using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking platforms, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future sales hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to tap into passive talent markets and niche profiles.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Sales and HR leadership on hiring trends, market insights, and talent availability.
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and consultative support.
- Ensure seamless coordination between hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to deliver a superior recruitment experience.
4. Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
- Ensure effective utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all stages of the recruitment process.
- Standardize interview evaluation formats, manage candidate feedback, and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.
- Monitor and continuously improve hiring turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, and overall recruitment efficiency.
5. Talent Market Insights & Analytics
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for Sales and HR leadership.
- Stay updated on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies.
What We're Looking For?
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on sales and business development roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring and niche sales talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business understanding of sales structures, roles, and incentive dynamics.
- Excellent sourcing skills, including Boolean searches, networking, and direct headhunting.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High levels of ownership, integrity, and professionalism.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of Indian employment norms, hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks.
- Awareness of talent availability across various regions and sales domains.
