Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition:
- Ensure supply liquidity through multiple channels: digital, FOS, and product-led cross-sell.
- Maintain acquisition quality to drive long-term retention.
Retention:
- Design retention frameworks (channel-wise, cohort-based, LTV).
- Lead engagement initiatives for 400K+ truckers via SMS, WhatsApp, and Telecalling.
- Collaborate with the matchmaking team to drive sub-segment-specific retention strategies.
Marketing:
- Partner with marketing to create targeted communication for acquisition and retention.
Product:
- Represent trucker needs in product discussions.
- Drive experience improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work cross-functionally with business, product, marketing, and sales teams to align on supply growth and retention goals.
