Job Title: Client Partner / Client Success Manager.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner / Client Success Manager to drive business growth, foster strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global clients, preferably in the IT services sector, with experience in GCC (Global Capability Center) environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXO, VP, Director levels) to understand client needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.

- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.

- Increase client engagement through regular interactions, meetings, and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with Delivery Managers and HR teams to ensure internal teams are aligned with client needs, and performance metrics are met.

- Work with technical teams to resolve client issues and incidents promptly, ensuring services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and SLAs.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

- 15 years of experience in IT services sector, with at least 8 years of experience in managing BFSI clients.

- Experience working in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is essential.

- Experience in Enterprise SaaS solutions is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Team Player: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
