Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Drive revenue growth for Microsoft Cloud offerings (Azure and Office 365) within the region.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within client organizations by understanding their IT needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance goodwill and foster trust.
- Propose customized IT solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Cross-sell and upsell IT products and solutions alongside cloud offerings.
Prerequisites:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent account management and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience selling Microsoft Cloud products, including Azure and Office 365.
- This role is ideal for professionals with prior exposure to IT services sales who can manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and support end-to-end sales activities.
- You will work closely with senior business development leaders, take ownership of account growth, and actively contribute to proposal creation, presentations, and client engagement.
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in IT services.
- Proven experience in client handling, account management, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong skills in proposal creation, documentation, and sales presentation making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Exposure to B2B/enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, sales automation, and digital prospecting tools is a plus
