Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to deeply understand their advertising goals, objectives, and challenges.
- Lead client calls to discuss industry trends, project updates, and performance evaluations relative to client objectives.
- Identify gaps in client needs or our service capabilities, proposing proactive and innovative solutions.
- Develop and present comprehensive client proposals based on thorough industry and client analyses.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Strong skills in account management and solution selling, with a demonstrated ability to drive client engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while utilizing data to inform decision-making.
- Experience managing high-pressure situations, including effectively resolving client disputes and mitigating risks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by outstanding presentation abilities.
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in IT services.
- Proven experience in client handling, account management, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong skills in proposal creation, documentation, and sales presentation making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Exposure to B2B/enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, sales automation, and digital prospecting tools is a plus
