Role Overview:

Lead and manage end-to-end operational functions to ensure efficiency, quality, cost control, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and support functions.

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Optimize processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

- Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs.

- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional operational teams.

- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support growth initiatives.

- Ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery commitments.

Educational Qualifications:
