- B2B Lead Generation Specialist/Manager Sales (Business Development) - at BetterPlace (India Gig)

- Location: Gurgaon

- Experience: 3+ yrs

- We are seeking a Sales/Business Development professional, to support our high-growth business of our India Gig vertical, a BetterPlace business unit offering Task Management & Project Management Solutions.


- In this role, you will be responsible for business development in promoting, and pitching the Task Fulfilment & Gig (Staffing and Recruitment) Solutions offering & in contributing towards bringing new business portfolio and logos.


- You will be responsible for monitoring and chasing the AOP targets and enhancing sales over MOM and YOY basis and achieving the desired targets and goals.

What makes you a good fit?:


- 3+ years of experience in a similar role

- B2B experience in Sales

Preferred industries knowledge & background:

- BFSI

- Stock audits/Non-Financial Audits

- Tele-Calling

- Other Outsourcing services

- Quarterly/Monthly revenue generated from your accounts.

- Initiate meaningful conversations and pitch solutions related to the task-fulfilment, recruitment & staffing industry.


- Lead Conversion and Successful Invoicing within defined timelines.

- Post Graduate or MBA is preferred.

Good to have skills:

- Excellent communication/conversational skills.

- Punctual, Diligent with documentation skills

Here's how you'll contribute to OkayGO:

Accounts Management:

- To ensure a smooth recruitment process for the clients and coordinate with teams and the client to get maximum revenue out of the engagement ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.


Onboarding/ KYC:

- To achieve monthly onboarding targets for the region & to ensure proper KYC procedures are followed for the smooth onboarding of clients.

Handling Migrations:

- Proposing & convincing clients/customers for transferring current manpower payrolls to ours in advising the benefits of our offered solutions under the other vendor payroll or clients in Corporates, SMEs Start-ups, etc.

Agreements:

- Liasoning and sharing association agreements and LOIs with clients and filing these before commencing servicing teams in a timely manner.

Internal/External Communication:

- To maintain & promote healthy communication between Ops & Sales teams. Facilitate closed deals with Client Servicing Team and ensure complete knowledge transfers and successful delivery.

Revenue Targets; Billing / Collection:

- To ensure timely invoicing and collection of billable. Tracking of invoices getting cleared to accomplish revenue targets.
