What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience targeting HR functions for Non-IT contract & permanent staffing.
- Strong ability to convert leads and drive successful invoicing within timelines.
- Ownership of quarterly/monthly revenue outcomes and consistent growth delivery.
Preferred background:
- Non-IT Staffing, HR Tech (payroll, compliance, expense mgmt, BGV).
- Fluency in spoken and written English; punctual and diligent.
- Graduate preferred; MBA/Post-Graduate is an added advantage.
What You'll Do:
- Drive monthly onboarding and revenue targets through strategic sales execution.
- Promote the BetterPlace.
- Select digital platform to corporates, blue-chip companies, and MNCs.
- Use a consultative selling approach to present tech-led staffing and workforce solutions.
- Grow wallet share by transitioning manpower payroll of large clients to Aasaanjobs.
- Negotiate and close contracts, agreements, and LOIs with key clients.
- Ensure timely invoicing and revenue collection, with systematic tracking of clearances.
