BGV Business Development Manager (4+ years experience)


- Candidates to have experience in GIG industry


- Candidates must have experience working with BGV companies (at least 1 year recent).

Location: Bangalore

- Experience: 4+ years in Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, Business Development in a SaaS environment.


- B2B sales experience in Sales targeted at HR function for IT / BGV

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.


- Plan approaches and pitches.

- Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

- Fluency in Spoken and Written English, Punctual and Diligent

- Preferred industries - HR tech (payroll, expense management, compliance, Background verification).

- Initiate meaningful conversations and pitch solutions related to Sales.

- Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships in a fast paced environment.

- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
