
Position Overview:
- The Domain Expert and Program Management Leader in Chemical & Chlor-alkali Domain will bring strong expertise in Chemical manufacturing processes especially in Chlor Alkali Plant.
- He must have Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering background and should have worked in Chemical industry for minimum of 10 years in various roles including production, technical support, maintenance, projects.
- He/she should be well conversant with control logics of the process.
- Must have worked in process/ efficiency improvement projects.
- Ability to deal with experienced, multidisciplinary, technical specialists
Key Responsibilities:
Process design and optimization as well as system design and implementation:
- As a Leader - Program Management you will be responsible for successful deployment and execution of the Bert Lab's projects at the Client's Locations (Chemical Plants), Cement, etc).
- You will be responsible for leading team of Program/Project Managers who are responsible for Installation, Commissioning, Trouble Shooting and Maintenance of Bert Projects at Client's site.
- You will be the single point of contact from Bert Labs to the client representatives.
- Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions.
- Monitor and Analyses project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.
- You will also ensure the timelines are met for each project execution. - You will be responsible for executing product training to Bert's clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, System Integrators, channel partners, distributors and resellers
- Bring in domain expertise to identify improvement areas in Client Factories especially in Chemical industries.
- Work together with engineering/development teams to create comprehensive solutions for chemical plants
Preparing Client proposals:
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new Bert Platform Solution- product offerings to satisfy customers' needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 10-20 years of experience in Chemical Industries/ Chlor Alkali process
- Knowledge of process interlocks and logics
- Must be Computer Savy
