Sourcing and Networking: - Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage top IT talent. - Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. 3. Candidate Assessment: - Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Conduct thorough technical interviews to ensure the competency of IT candidates. 4. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. - Foster positive relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and positive candidate experience. 5. Market Research: - Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies. - Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. 6. Talent Pipeline Management: - Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions. - Implement strategies for engaging passive candidates and maintaining relationships. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on IT recruitment. - In-depth understanding of the IT industry, technologies, and skillsets. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and professional networks. - Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
