The position will report to the Co-Founder, Executive Director and Chief Growth Officer of the company.

- You will have the ownership of building, leading and institutionalizing media relations with General/Mainline and Business/Finance publications across Television, Online, Radio and Print, with top reporters, top journalists and top editors in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. This is with Companys objectives monthly/quarterly/annually to be achieved, enabling Company achieving Bert Labs GTM milestones, client acquisitions and revenue recognition.

- You will have the ownership of building, leading and institutionalizing across Deep Tech media relations (AI, IoT, Embedded Computing, Computer Science Computing, Distributed Computing, Wireless Sensor Network, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Semiconductors) across Television, Online, Radio and Print, with top reporters, top journalists and top editors in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. This is with Companys objectives monthly/quarterly/annually to be achieved, enabling Company achieving Bert Labs GTM milestones, client acquisitions and revenue recognition.

- You will have the ownership of building, leading and institutionalizing media relations with Trade publications in Industry verticals - Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Pulp & Paper, Cement, Chemicals/Specialty Chemicals, Airports, Retail, Hospitality/Hotels, Hospitals, Materials Manufacturing across Television, Online, Radio and Print, with top reporters, top journalists and top editors in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. This is with Companys objectives monthly/quarterly/annually to be achieved, enabling Company achieving Bert Labs GTM milestones, client acquisitions and revenue recognition.

- You will have the ownership of building, leading and institutionalizing ESG/Net Zero/Climate Tech/Green Energy media relations with top reporters, top journalists and top editors in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India across Television, Online, Radio and Print. This is with Companys objectives monthly/quarterly/annually to be achieved, enabling Company achieving Bert Labs GTM milestones, client acquisitions and revenue recognition.

- You will have the ownership of content including SEO on Bert Labs website to make it a Lead Generation engine for client, partners and talent pull, to sustain maximum impact at all times. This is with Companys objectives monthly/quarterly/annually to be achieved, enabling Company achieving Bert Labs GTM milestones, client acquisitions and revenue recognition. And on-boarding best of global talent.

- You will have the ownership of researching Clients priorities and drafting the communication from Bert Labs, in line with Bert GTM Milestones, to be sent out by the Leadership, sales and product management teams

- You will have the ownership of Companys leading contribution at Industry events of significance in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. Positioning the Company as a thought leader in the AI-IoT space

- You will have the ownership of Companys contribution for Industry Awards in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. Positioning the Company as a thought leader in the AI-IoT space

- You will have the ownership of Companys leadership contribution for Industry Associations in USA, UK, EU, Singapore, APAC, MENA, India. Positioning the Company as a thought leader in the AI-IoT space

- You will have the ownership of leading any crisis with internal and external communication on behalf of the Company

- You will have the co-ownership of leading internal communication at all times for Bert Labs members to appreciate the opportunity they have for learning and growth within the organization

Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Arts/Sciences/Engineering from leading colleges in Delhi University, Kolkata University/Mumbai University/Chennai University/Pune University

- Master's Degree in Communications/Journalism from Jamia Millia/IIMC/Asia School of Journalism/SIMC/MICA/Top Schools in USA, Europe, UK, Singapore

- 5 - 8 years of proven leadership experience

- Proven B2B tech leadership experience with companies like Archetype, Edelman, Weber Shandwick, OnPurpose, MSL, Adfactors, The Practice, Genesis BCW, Perfect Relations, Value360, Fleishman Hillard, Walker Sands, Crenshaw Communications

- Proven B2B tech journalism leadership experience like Times Group, HT Group, ABP Group, Hindu Group, Business Standard, CNBC TV18, NDTV, CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera, Bloomberg, Forbes, CNBC, India Today group, Financial Times, The Economist

- Proven leadership experience in B2B tech marketing in Product/Platform/ DeepTech/AI/ IoT/Semiconductor/Embedded Systems/IT Services company in established, reputed, growing companies and in early stage high growth companies like NVIDIA, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Bosch, Siemens, Samsung, Honeywell, ABB, Adobe, Broadcom, Qualcomm, IBM, Oracle, Apple, Meta, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, Johnson Control, Accenture, Tata Group, Tech Mahindra, WIPRO, Infosys

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
