Mandatory criteria for shortlisting:

- Experience of leading Investment Management in a DeepTech AI/IoT/Distributed Computing Product/Platform Company for minimum 5 years

- Experience of leading Investment Management in a DeepTech focussed Investment Banking firm AND/OR DeepTech focussed VC/PE/Institutional Investor firm for minimum 10 years

- Proven 15-20 years of total experience

- Experience of Capital raise (Series A and beyond)

- Providing exit to investors

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from IITs/BITS/NITs/Jadavpur University/DTU/Top Engineering Institutes in USA, Europe, UK/NUS

- Master's in Business Administration from IIMs/FMS/MDI/XLRI/IMT/NMIMS/JBIMS/ Top Business Schools in USA, Europe, UK, Singapore

- Excellent financial modeling skills preferred, experience in statistical modeling techniques is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail, excellent Project management and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Bert Labs Investment strategy is to complement internal accruals as part of the high revenue and profitability global growth environment. You will own this up on strategy and execution.

- Bert Labs Investment strategy is largely to fuel exponential global business growth and investments in research and innovation. You will own this up on strategy and execution.

- You will have the ownership of immediate to short to medium term investment horizon for the company, over the next 4 years leading to IPO in USA and India

- As part of owning up the execution, you will formulate a plan on the investor profiles, geographies (India, US, UK, EU, Singapore, UAE, Middle East, Hong Kong), sectors these investors will come from.

- As part of owning up the execution, in the plan formulated, you will use your financial prudence to decide on the equity corpus and that of debt.

- You will have the ownership of leading and building Company's relationships with equity investors, venture capital firms, private equity firms, family offices, hedge funds, endowment funds, pension funds

- You will have the ownership of leading and building Company's relationships with debt investors, banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, debt syndicators. And for Project/PO Based Financing

- You will have the ownership of research of trends and analysis of global investments in Deep tech- AI-IoT-Distributed Computing - Semiconductors - Embedded Systems - Wireless Networks

- You will have the ownership of coming up with innovative ideas and latest trends/methodologies to value the company, focussed on research and innovation in Deep tech- AI-IoT-Distributed Computing - Semiconductors - Embedded Systems - Wireless Networks. And for development & interpretation of Intellectual Property Valuation

- You will have the ownership of leading Company's relationship with the existing investors to keep them abreast of all the MIS and relevant Company reports.

- You will have the ownership of leading successful exits to the current investors and use this as an opportunity to build brand for the Company.

- As part of raising equity and debt funding for the Company, you will be responsible for Preparing customised pitch deck for investors of different profiles, presenting customised presentations to potential investors

- As part of fundraising process, you will be responsible for Deal Origination, structuring, negotiation & execution of transactions across Equity/Debt.

- As part of fundraising process, you will be responsible for leading deal diligence process and dialogue with investors to ensure successful completion of the process

- As part of fundraising process, you will be responsible for the preparation of teasers, pitch books, information memorandum, management presentations, financial models and other deal related presentations & notes

- Company is in an area which is new for the global market ecosystem. Therefore, lead Company's relationship with market research and market intelligence firms for annual market assessment for Bert Platform Solution- and all its products.

- As part of fund raise strategy, preparing proposals for MSME financing Secured/Unsecured/Supply chain finance proposals and coordinating with different Banks/Financial Institutions/FinTech companies

- You will have the ownership of closing minimum 3 rounds of equity and debt fundraises before the US and India IPO, end of FY 28
