Role and Responsibilities:

- SPOC for projects related to Pharma Manufacturing API & Formulation.

- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and domain industry curiosity.

- Manage and delivering the day-to-day activities of Projects including conceptual, basic engineering, detailed design, engineering, execution on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Identify opportunities for application of IIoT and Artificial Intelligence in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

- Experience of working as a Scientific Leader Innovation (Ideation, Product selection, Prototype Building, Reverse Engineering, Process Optimizations, Modeling & Simulation, Digital Twins & Problem solving

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Engineering/ Pharma.

- 5+ years experience in leading multiple, cross-functional teams in Pharmaceutical Industry API & Formulation.

- Experience of working in Prototype Building, Reverse Engineering, Process Optimizations, Modelling & Simulation, Digital Twins & Problem solving leading to Pharma 4.0 vision - SUSTAINABILITY& ENERGY EFFICIENCY.

- Good understanding & knowledge of 21 CFR Part-11 and GAMP5 guidelines.

- Verification of customers basic design, conceptualization, preparing specifications (FS, FDS, Test Specifications, Pharma validation) and development of automation solutions for several projects in parallel. Interface to the Team Lead and Project Manager of partner regions (Project Countries) for technical topics.

- Direct experience working within pharmaceutical project management

- Knowledge of industry, technology, product trends, latest technologies in the field.

- Understanding and experience in working with energy consultants and utility providers.

- Preferable experience in working on energy optimization in Process Systems.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Engineering/ Pharma.

- MBA from a premium institute would be an added advantage

-15+ years experience in Pharma Manufacturing in high growth companies

- 5+ years experience in leading multiple, cross-functional teams in Pharmaceutical Industry API & Formulation.

- Experience of working in Prototype Building, Reverse Engineering, Process Optimizations, Modelling & Simulation, Digital Twins & Problem solving leading to Pharma 4.0 vision - SUSTAINABILITY& ENERGY EFFICIENCY.

- Good understanding & knowledge of 21 CFR Part-11, Annex 11 and GAMP5 guidelines.
