Job Title: Assistant Manager Digital Marketing.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Digital Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid/online marketing efforts.

This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, experience in digital marketing channels, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive online engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

- Manage and optimize campaigns across digital platforms including SEM (Google Ads), display advertising, email marketing, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc., and provide actionable insights.

- Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for ad campaigns and other digital campaigns.

- Track KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Paid Channel traffic, CTR, and ROI on campaigns.

- Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to propose new growth opportunities.

- Support lead generation and nurturing strategies through marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce etc.

- Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications And Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.

- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing tools.

- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush).

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.

- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and reporting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Google Ads and Analytics certifications.

- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing environments.

- Working experience in website management.
