Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, and corporate channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, builders, architects, interior designers, and purchase managers.
- Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic sales and partnership plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and business prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Bent Chair at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships preferably in home décor, lifestyle, luxury retail, or hospitality industries.
- Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Solid understanding of market research, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Candidates with a hospitality industry network or experience dealing with builders and purchase managers will be preferred.
