We are looking for someone who is well-versed with organic social media marketing for building brand awareness, fostering trust and brand credibility, nurturing the community, and generating genuine demand among CXOs and business transformation leaders. You'll lead efforts across three high-impact pillars: BeatRoute's Social Presence - Elevate our brand's voice in the enterprise tech and retail space. CXO Thought Leadership - Amplify authentic insights from our leadership team to position them as industry trailblazers. Community Building - Cultivate vibrant, engaged networks around retail execution, distribution excellence, and AI innovation. LinkedIn is our core battlefield, but you'll strategically work on YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, X (Twitter), and emerging channels where our audience thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own BeatRoute's organic social media activities end-to-end; right from planning and strategizing to crafting content and tracking progress.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy: transforming insights, blogs, reports, and product updates into engaging, platform-native content while maintaining consistent brand voice.

- Partner with founders and senior leaders to craft authentic thought leadership posts, manage their content calendars, and drive organic growth on their profiles.

- Build and nurture thriving communities by sparking conversations, engaging in comments/DMs/groups, identifying advocates, and amplifying events/webinars.

- Collaborate with design/content teams on high-impact visuals, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and inbound opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

- 3-5 years in B2B social media management, with proven success in enterprise/tech spaces.

- Expert-level LinkedIn experience (non-negotiable) + strong skills on Reddit, Instagram, X, and YouTube.

- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, long sales cycles, and how to influence CXOs.

- Talent for distilling complex B2B topics into clear, engaging narratives.

- Hands-on experience supporting founders or C-suite executives on personal branding.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and content calendar planning.

- Bonus: Proven track record in community building and measurable growth.
