The Head of Sales for the Affordable Segment( Homfinity ) will lead the development and execution of business strategies to grow the affordable home loan portfolio. This role encompasses managing sales and distribution teams, building channel partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence to achieve business targets while serving underserved and emerging customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand home loan distribution in the affordable housing segment (Homfinity ) in South zone

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and distribution team, including Channel Partners, relationship managers, and FOS

- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring achievement of business goals and portfolio growth.

- Identify and onboard new channel partners, including builders, brokers, and real estate agents, to widen sourcing reach.

- Collaborate with credit, risk, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and portfolio quality.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to innovate products and delivery models for affordable housing finance.

- Drive customer-centric initiatives ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quick turnaround times.

- Prepare and present actionable sales and performance reports to senior management.

- Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize cost-efficiency and profitability in the distribution network.

- Represent the company in industry forums and foster relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, industry bodies, and partners

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in housing finance, mortgage lending, or retail lending with a focus on affordable housing finance.

- Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, and distribution management in the home loan sector.

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale distribution networks and manage cross-functional teams.
