Area Sales Manager

As the Sales Head - DST Channel for Affordable Housing Segment, you will lead a dynamic direct sales team responsible for sourcing home loan and LAP business. You will oversee the entire lead fulfillment process, ensuring that sourced leads are successfully processed from initiation to disbursement, while driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor your own sales team to source and fulfill leads in the home loan and LAP segments. Ensure team members meet performance metrics and business targets. - Lead Generation: Develop strong sourcing channels and strategic partnership for organic lead sourcing. - End-to-End Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment process of all sourced leads, ensuring the same team manages customer interactions from initial contact through to final loan disbursement. - Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales strategies tailored to different sourcing channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including builders, property agents, and financial professionals to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads. - Market Development: Identify and tap into new opportunities in the market, expanding your network of partners and ensuring consistent business growth. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and sales data to track team performance, optimize lead fulfillment rates, and refine strategies. - Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to your team to enhance their skills in customer interaction, sales techniques, and product knowledge. - Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sourced leads and transactions are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong leadership and team management experience, preferably in home loans, LAP, or a related financial services sector. - Proven ability to build and manage sourcing networks with builders, resale agents, mutual fund distributors, and other financial professionals. - Deep understanding of the home loan and LAP market, including sourcing and fulfillment processes. - Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage key partners and drive collaboration. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on driving results. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on team performance and lead fulfillment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role in affordable home loans, LAP, or a similar financial services industry. - Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams. - Experience working with organic leads generations
