Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Raipur for a Senior Relationship Manager at Bajaj Life.
The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial solutions to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include driving business growth through customer acquisition and retention, identifying client requirements, cross-selling suitable insurance products, and contributing to the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain account health, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Strong relationship management, client servicing, and communication skills to foster long-term customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales and business development expertise with experience in customer acquisition, cross-selling, and achieving performance targets.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and insurance products to deliver effective, customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to reach organizational goals and maintain operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms for customer engagement, with technology-savvy solutions-oriented thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are a plus.
- Previous experience in the financial or insurance industry and knowledge of local market trends is highly desirable.
