Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven - Branch Manager- to lead end-to-end branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure superior customer service delivery. The role involves - strategic planning, business development, team leadership, operational control, and compliance governance- .

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Branch Operations & Governance

- Lead day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth functioning

- Implement company policies, processes, and audit requirements

- Ensure operational discipline, cost control, and resource optimization

- Maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory guidelines

- Sales, Revenue & Business Growth

- Drive - branch sales strategy, profitability, and market expansion-

- Own - P&L responsibility, revenue targets, and business forecasts-

- Identify and develop - new business opportunities and partnerships-

- Manage - corporate, retail, and channel partner relationships-

- Drive - cross-sell/upsell- initiatives across product lines

- Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, inspire, and manage branch sales and operations team

- Set performance goals and conduct periodic reviews

- Coach and develop team members through - training and mentoring-

- Monitor productivity and manage attrition and workforce planning

- Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure - high service standards and customer satisfaction-

- Resolve customer escalations and complex service issues

- Build long-term relationships with - HNI/Mass Affluent/Corporate clients-

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track key performance metrics and KPIs using MIS/CRM tools

- Prepare business performance reports for regional leadership

- Monitor market competition and provide strategic insights

- Stakeholder & External Coordination

- Coordinate with - Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Product teams-

- Liaison with partners, distributors, brokers, and institutional clients

- Represent the branch at - local marketing, networking, or outreach programs-

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Achievement of - monthly/quarterly sales & revenue targets-

- Branch profitability and cost optimization

- Customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth

- Team productivity and performance effectiveness

- Customer satisfaction scores and complaint resolution TAT

- Compliance and audit rating of the branch

- Channel partner activation and business contribution

- Business pipeline growth and conversion ratios

- Market penetration and brand visibility in catchment area

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in - Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field- (MBA preferred)

- 7-15 years of total experience, including:

- Minimum 3-5 years in a Branch Manager/Cluster Manager/Unit Head- role
