Roles and Responsibilities : - Own and deliver revenue and margin targets from IT services offered to various Group companies other than BFL - Establish deep relationships with senior stakeholders in these companies and convince them of BFDL's value proposition - Create and enforce the operating framework to ensure predictable high-quality delivery - Build highly motivated talent workforce to deliver to aggressive timelines - To engage with stakeholders regularly to ensure delivery is aligned to expectations - Identify opportunities for enhancing the relationship - Present the delivery updates in senior stakeholder reviews Team Management : - Build a strong talent management model for the function and lay down career growth plan - Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at senior positions within the function - Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the teams - Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge - Motivate and control attrition by addressing issues that the team might be facing Desired Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Technology + Post graduation degree either in Technology or Management - 14+ years' experience in delivering and supporting digital platforms at scale in BFSI or eCommerce domain - Demonstrated experience of developing key accounts, managing client relationships, and aligning internal stakeholders - Prior experience in IT services delivery especially in India with deep understanding of the IT services economics - Ability to create innovative engagement structures to achieve revenue and margin targets - Experience in Agile Development delivery where products have been delivered using Scrum or Kanban frameworks - Has performed the role of Program Manager/ Delivery Leader / Key Account Manager (&gt;Rs. 50Cr per annum)
