Description:
JOB PURPOSE.
Lead and execute Corporate and Brand PR and Corporate Internal communications at Bajaj Electricals Limited.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Public Relations:
- Work with agency to deliver opportunities for corporate PR while maintaining relations with key media & industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute corporate & Brand PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, elevate reputation, and position Bajaj Electricals as an industry leader.
- Manage Crisis whenever necessary.
- Ensure adherence of all PR & Corporate communication to corporate & brand Guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, social media, internal newsletters, speeches, and other communication materials.
- Support any corporate events, press conferences, and community outreach programs, ensuring they effectively convey the companys message and enhance brand perception.
Corporate Communication:
- Design and implement internal communication programs and events to foster employee engagement, reinforce corporate culture, and keep employees informed about company initiatives and successes.
- Lead communication external to enhance the companys image.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Develop a high-performing communications agency team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence in delivering communication objectives.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation in Mass Communication / PR; PG or MBA in marketing.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 yrs in Corporate & Consumer PR Roles or PR agency background with relevant experience in FMCG/Appliances/FMCD.
